The Land Transport Rule: Dangerous Goods 2005 and subsequent amendments sets out the legal requirements for the transport of dangerous goods on land in New Zealand. The term dangerous goods applies to all products and substances that meet the classification criteria set out in the UNRTDG or NZS 5433.
