Model general bylaws - Water supply

Provides a model for local authorities to use as the basis of a bylaw to regulate and control water supply. NZS 9201.7 provides a general model so that by means of specific modifications each local authority may meet its individual requirements. Small local authorities should be able to use the document with minimal modification and without undertaking substantial investigations. Reference should be made to NZS 9201: Part 1 and to the legislation referenced under Referenced Documents for any other definitions not included in this Part.
